Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every order ships free, worldwide, with tracking. No minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days in Europe, the UK and the United States, 7–14 in Canada and 10–20 elsewhere.

Can I return my watch?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn watch in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. See our Refund Policy.

Is there a warranty?

Every Sarmont watch is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement.

Are the watches water resistant?

Water resistance is listed on each product page. Unless stated otherwise, our watches are splash resistant but should not be worn while swimming or showering.

How do I adjust the bracelet?

Steel bracelets can be resized by any local watchmaker or jeweller in a few minutes. Leather straps are adjustable with a standard buckle.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us at contact@sarmontwatches.shop as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will change or cancel it for you.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us and we will help.
