Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us at contact@sarmontwatches.shop and we will investigate with the carrier.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
