Products and pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product at any time and change prices without notice. We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate.
Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. All prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes where indicated. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

Warranty
All Sarmont watches are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement. The warranty does not cover normal wear, water damage caused by misuse, straps, glass, or damage resulting from accidents or improper handling.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Sarmont Watches and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarmont Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
